NOAA Coastal Resilience Grants, Deadline Mar. 7 (Pre-Proposals)

Up to $15 million may be awarded for coastal resilience projects under the 2018 NOAA Coastal Resilience Grants, available for projects that strengthen Great Lakes coastal communities and ecosystems, improving their resilience to extreme weather or other adverse events.

Building on the success of previous NOAA Coastal Resilience Grant competitions, the grant is funding two types of projects this year. New projects will require a pre-proposal and should focus on resilience through habitat restoration. Funding may also be awarded to projects that strengthen coastal communities, chosen from last year’s high scoring proposals.

Closing date for pre-proposals is March 7, 2018. Contact us for more information. To learn more about GFA please visit our website at http://gfa.tc.
